John Robertson's passion is effectiveness. He is on a quest to impart value to people, to encourage, and to help others tap into the flow point (place of highest function).  John says "I want to help people be awesome!" He is a dedicated and competing semi-pro elite athlete and a foodie who understands food for fuel. He has been developing The Super Antioxidant Diet for athletes with Robin Jeep and Dr. Richard Couey. He graduated from Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in education with an emphasis on exercise physiology and nutrition. He then spent the next two years studying directly in the real world with Robin, Dr. Couey and Sergio Garcia, another professional chef.


John began to experience athletic success during his high school and college years. Recognized as one of the most dedicated athletes, his college coach called him the most prepared athlete he had ever received. This was due to the persistent genius of coach Todd Duhon. He went on to be a scholarship athlete in Track and Field at Western Carolina where he was the first ever to be awarded "Freshman of The Year" for indoor and outdoor in the Southern Conference. Famed Baylor coach Clyde Hart recruited John for the Baylor Track and Field running team. John missed qualifying for the Olympic Trials in the 800m run in 2004 by just 0.8 seconds. Two years ago he switched to his original passion of bike racing, climbing the ladder with impressive domination. John has won most of the races he has entered including famed Joe Martin Stage Race, twice. 


He is steadily increasing his athletic prowess since implementing nutrient dense real foods with unprecedented function and recovery.

John toiled through school having been diagnosed with Dyslexia in elementary school but through diet, fitness, and the character that the hardship birthed he has learned to thrive.
